Alina studied English Cultural Studies at Otto von Guerricke University Magdeburg and Theatre Studies at LMU Munich and Stockholm University. During her studies she worked in the project organisation of various festivals, such as Tanzwerkstatt Europa and Filmfest München. After completing her Masters, Alina was involved in various performance projects as a freelance production manager and at the same time supported the HochX Theater München. At DOK.fest München, she was a volunteer for DOK.forum for the first time in 2019. Since 2023, Alina has been part of the DOK.forum Marketplace team.
