Mark Willock studied History and German at Oxford and Freiburg. He has worked for Südwestrundfunk since 2005. Over the last ten years he has commissioned numerous history documentaries, series and web projects for the ARD Mediathek, Das Erste, SWR Fernsehen and ARTE.
